These documents are incorporated by reference and together form the entire agreement between you and Top Dog KC.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

3. Booking & Services
Any booking request or purchase of services through this website is subject to our Grooming Agreement. By submitting a booking, you explicitly agree to all terms in the Grooming Agreement, including the liability waiver, hold harmless provisions, indemnification, and media release.

By booking grooming services or submitting any photos or videos through the website, you grant Top Dog KC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and modify images, videos, and likenesses of your dog(s) for:
- Website content and galleries
- Social media platforms
- Marketing, advertising, and promotional materials
- Before-and-after grooming examples
This license continues even after the grooming service is completed. If you wish to opt out of photo or media usage, you must notify us in writing prior to your appointment (see Section 10 of the Grooming Agreement). We will make reasonable efforts to honor timely opt-out requests, but cannot guarantee removal from materials already published or distributed.
7. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it. You represent that your submitted content is accurate and does not violate any third-party rights. We may remove any user content at our sole discretion.
8. Digital Communications Consent
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from Top Dog KC regarding bookings, appointment reminders, and occasional marketing offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, graphics, and design) is the property of Top Dog KC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties

14. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.
15. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Grooming Agreement, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the website.
